How long does it take for an order to come in?
Order production time varies, but some orders can be shipped within 38 hours while direct import orders from China, for example, can take 90 days. The average order is approximately 7 – 10 business days from start to finish. It is always best to check with us as we may surprise you with how fast we can produce something for you or at least we can always provide you with a quick option if required.
What payment types do you accept?
Cheque and Cash are our preferred accepted methods of payment.
What happens if I can’t think of what promotional products to purchase?
No problem at all. You can email us or complete the form on the Idea Search page. All that we need to know is the demographics of who will be receiving the item, your budget, desired quantities, when you require the item(s) for and we will take care of the rest. We will do the research and present you with several options from you to choose from.
What type of logo artwork do you need?
Ideally, our print suppliers require EPS Vector Artwork to produce the best quality production. On occasion, a different type of file is required, but we will let you know.
What happens if we do not have the correct type of artwork?
We have an in-house graphic designer that can redraw your logo and prepare the artwork on your behalf for a minimal fee. The artwork is not used until we receive approval from you.
How long does marketrix take to follow-up on a request?
We typically respond to requests by the end of the business day. If we require more information than you have provided, we will ask you. Once we have all the required information from you, it will take us approximately 48 hours or less to present you with information and ideas. If you require an urgent order, please let us know and we will do our best to work on your project immediately.
